Death of a foreign citizen in the Czech Republic

In the event of the death of a foreign citizen in the Czech Republic, we will take care of his /her transfer abroad. It is necessary to comply with the international rules on the transport of the deceased and the specifics of the state.

If the relatives of the deceased foreign citizen are not found, cremation must not take place. The deceased must be placed in the grave, for the sake of DNA preservation. The search for family members is provided by the relevant consulate.
